When I started out in photography, one of the things I was very keen to do was capture the amazing colours of the seasons – autumn being the most magical.
The way the leaves change colour, and the the light can glance across the trees and leaves is a truly amazing experience.
The picture below was taken in a park near where I live in the UK. I knew it was going to be a pretty good picture by the way the trees were reflecting off the water.
I wanted to see if I could just sharpen it a bit, so I post-processed it in Lightroom. I wanted it to still look natural so the changes were subtle but I just wanted the autumn yellows to pop-out a little more.
